Last updated: October 4, 2026
These terms apply when you use Acornlog at acornlog.com (“Acornlog”, “we”, “us”). By signing in, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Acornlog.
Using Acornlog
Acornlog lets you track your time, build habits and keep a journal. It is currently free to use. You need a Google account to sign in, and you must be at least 16 years old.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure and for what happens in Acornlog under your account. Let us know if you think someone else has accessed it.
Your content
What you write and log in Acornlog stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and show it only as far as needed to run Acornlog for you, for example to sync it across your devices or to suggest activities when you use “Describe your day”. How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Suggestions made by “Describe your day” are generated by AI and can be wrong. Check them before you save them.
Acceptable use
Please don't:
- use Acornlog for anything illegal
- try to access other people's accounts or data
- interfere with or overload Acornlog, for example through automated requests, or try to get around its security
- copy, resell or reverse engineer Acornlog
Availability
We work to keep Acornlog running and your data safe, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. We can't promise that it will always be available, error-free or that data will never be lost, so keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect damages or lost data resulting from using Acornlog. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Ending your use
You can stop using Acornlog at any time. To delete your account and all of its data, go to Profile → Delete account, or email us at mail@kesch.dev. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, to prevent abuse, or when the law requires it.
Changes
We may change Acornlog and these terms over time. If we change the terms, we'll update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we'll email you before it takes effect. If you keep using Acornlog after that, you accept the new terms.
